Electronic resources

The library provides access to licensed and freely accessible electronic resources that correspond to research focus of the Institute of Philosophy (multidisciplinary and specialised full-text and bibliographic databases, digital libraries, electronic journals and books).

NOTICE

Based on individual registration at the Library of the Czech Academy of Sciences, remote access to other resources provided by LCAS is also available.

Terms and conditions for the use of electronic resources

 Access to subscription-based resources is restricted to the computer network of the Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Institute of Philosophy researchers can also use remote access to work with electronic resources.

In accordance with the licence agreements, data obtained from the licensed electronic resources may be used only for personal studying or teaching and scientific purposes. To use them for any non-academic or for purposes of profit is not allowed.

Data cannot be further copied, reproduced, distributed or made available to third parties.

Systematic and massive downloading of the entire content of the electronic resources or their substantial parts, in particular copying the whole issues of the electronic journals, is not permitted.
