Application for Reporting Results to the ASEP Database

The application user interface contains online forms for different types of reported results.

The application is only accessible from the Institute of Philosophy network. You can find it after logging in to the Institute of Philosophy website (employee portal) under the ASEP, Open Science, Libraries tab.

The drop-down List of Forms provides forms for reporting most types of results produced in the humanities. To report L2 - Specialized Map and L4 - Software results, please contact the ASEP administrators (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), who will deal with you individually how to record them.

For each type of result, a brief description according to requirements of ASEP/RIV systems and information on the possibility of its handing over to RIV are given at the top of the forms.

The application is intuitive to use, with help available for all fields to be filled in, and some even have drop-down menus (e.g. OECD codes) and a calendar.

Required fields are marked in bold and with *, without filling them in the form cannot be submitted (for more details, see the brief Instructions for completing the forms in the application).

The application also includes practical information about the results collecting in the Czech Academy of Sciences/Institute of Philosophy and their registration in ASEP/RIV systems, including related important links (ASEP Analytics, RVVI, IS VaVaI, RIV, CEP ...), and documents (a separate Appendix Definitions of Types of Results to M25+ Methodology, Directive No. 1/2022 on the employee works and its Appendix Practical information - registration of employee works, Directive of the Director Inclusion of Affiliation and Acknowledgement in outputs published with the Institute of Philosophy, CAS).
